How We Handle Your Orders

Orders are carefully palletised and shrink-wrapped to protect stock in transit
Deliveries are made via tail-lift trucks – please ensure safe access for unloading
Drivers will not unpack pallets, so please have the right equipment available
All deliveries must be signed for by someone aged 18 or over

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to accept delivery, goods will be held at the local depot. Re-delivery charges may apply, so please make sure the delivery address and access are accurate.
