At Origin Manufacturing, we want to ensure your experience with us is straightforward and transparent. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.
Non-Faulty or Unwanted Goods

We do not accept returns of unwanted or non-faulty goods.

During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to review your basket before completing your order. Any unwanted items can be removed at this stage.

Faulty or Damaged Items
We make every effort to ensure all orders are dispatched securely:

All goods are shipped by pallet, shrink-wrapped, and protected with a top covering.

Despite our precautions, damages can occasionally occur during transit.
On Delivery

Any visible damage to shrink wrap, pallets, or cartons must be noted on the delivery note while the driver is present.

If you suspect significant damage, you should refuse delivery.

Responsibility for goods passes to you once delivery is accepted (or if you fail to accept delivery at the agreed time).
After Delivery

Any shortages or damages discovered when unpacking must be reported within 5 working days to info@originmanufacturing.co.uk.

Claims made outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.

We may request digital photographs of any damage to support our investigation.
Returning Faulty Items

Faulty items may need to be returned to us for inspection along with a completed returns form.

Returns must be sent at your own expense and you are responsible for safe packaging and handling.

Once received, we will acknowledge receipt and inspect the goods within 3–5 working days.

If liability is accepted, we will:

Refund the cost of the goods

Refund return shipping costs

Refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your bank account, depending on your provider.

Warranty
Goods are sold on a business-to-business basis and do not carry any guarantee or warranty other than those implied by law.
